• Through monthly reconciliations of cash accounts, discovered employee theft ring. When comparing cash sales reports to cash turned into bank for 2 months, the cash collected was generously lower than the report. When the problem persisted and we exhausted all possible system issues, management checked the cameras and found the cash being stuffed into a hole in wall in an abandoned office.

• My very first client, started with a very small investment. With proper capital management and communication over the 3 years, they have grown the company to over 20 employees.
