Can you help me clean and catch up my books?

Absolutely. We know how easy it is for books to get messy when you’re focused on running your business. The longer it goes, the more stressful it gets—but don’t worry, we’re here to fix it. Our Catch & Clean service gets everything back in order, so you can stop worrying about receipts and reports and get back to doing what you do best.

Do you offer Accrual or Cash Basis accounting?

Both! Our Starter and Classic Package are done on Cash Basis. The Premium Membership is done on Accrual. We offer both cash and accrual basis with our CPA Support and Crunch & Clean.

Do you offer tax preparation services?

We don’t file taxes ourselves, but we make sure your books are 100% tax-ready so your CPA doesn’t have to dig through a mess. If you don’t have a CPA, we know some great ones and would be happy to send a recommendation.

Do you work with QuickBooks or other accounting software?

Yes, we do! We mainly use QuickBooks Online, but we’re also familiar with Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop, and Excel. If you’ve got a different system, let us know—we can usually adapt.

Do you charge hourly or a fixed rate?

We stick to fixed pricing because we don’t believe in nickel-and-diming. Some things take longer than expected, and we don’t want you worrying about the clock while we make sure everything is done right. It’s fair for you and fair for us.

What’s the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?

Think of bookkeeping as keeping the train on the tracks—recording transactions, organizing receipts, and making sure your books are tidy. Accounting is the big picture—financial planning, cash flow management, and making sense of the numbers so you can make smart business decisions. We do both, depending on what you need.

Can I hire you for temporary help?

Of course! If you’re short-staffed, buried in work, or dealing with a sudden surge in volume, we can jump in and help. Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll get you squared away.
